Putin's games

After a Russian military plane with around sixty members of the Red Army choir fell into the Black Sea in an incident around which the circumstances remain unknown, Vladimir Putin won a battle in Washington yesterday with the announcement of the ceasefire in Syria. It is to be hoped that it is the final one, although the complexity of geopolitics in the Middle East is beyond the control of the Russian president. Putin decided to make a show of force and warned the US it would not hold back if Obama orders sanctions for the Kremlin's alleged interference in the US elections. He likes to play hard, use strategies and show off. We'll see how long the good relations last with someone as similar to him as Trump.
